(Lancaster County) – July 1, 2010 – R.J. Waters & Associates, Inc., Southeast Pennsylvania’s premier development, management, leasing, and brokerage firm, has completed the renovation of the Rockland Plaza Shopping Center in Reading, PA.
The Rockland Plaza Shopping Center is located at the intersection of 11th St. and Rockland St. in Reading, PA. The 84,179 square foot Shopping Center is anchored by Giant Food, Dollar Tree, and Wine & Spirits. R.J. Waters & Associates’ Joe Waters managed the renovation for the landlord.
“The renovation consisted of a complete remodel of the front façade, a new standing-seam metal roof, repairs to the internal gutters and downspouts, new soffit and lighting, landscaping upgrades, parking lot repairs, and the addition of a new monument sign,” said Waters.
