Rosci Salon da Spa signs a new lease for 2,400 square feet in the Fairfield Place Shopping Center in Exton, PA.

Exton, PA (Chester County) – April 21, 2010 – R.J. Waters & Associates, Inc., Southeast Pennsylvania’s premier development, management, leasing, and brokerage firm, has leased 2,400 square feet of retail space in the Fairfield Place Shopping Center to Rosci Salon da Spa. The salon expects to open by July 2010.

The Fairfield Place Shopping Center is located at the intersection of Rt. 100 & Swedesford Road in Exton, PA. The 305,422 square foot Shopping Center is anchored by Giant Food, Sports Authority, Staples, Toys R Us, Ross Dress for Less, and Panera Bread. R.J. Waters & Associates’ Kevin Lahn and Michele Henriques represented the landlord in the transaction.
