Doylestown, PA (Bucks County) – April 1, 2010 – R.J. Waters & Associates, Inc., Southeast Pennsylvania’s premier development, management, leasing, and brokerage firm, has leased the former Super Fresh store in Cross Keys Place Shopping Center in Doylestown, PA to Giant Food. Giant is currently renovating and remodeling the entire store and plans to hold its’ grand opening in September 2010.
The Cross Keys Place Shopping Center is located at the intersection of Rt. 313 & 611 in Doylestown, PA. The 206,179 square foot Shopping Center is anchored by Big Kmart, Giant Foods, and CVS. R.J. Waters & Associates’ Fran McDonnell represented the landlord in the transaction.
