Exton, PA (Chester County) – January 29, 2010 – R.J. Waters & Associates, Inc., Southeast Pennsylvania’s premier development, management, leasing, and brokerage firm, has signed a ground-lease with Fulton Bank in the Fairfield Place Shopping Center in Exton, PA.
The Fairfield Place Shopping Center is located at the intersection of Rt. 100 & Swedesford Road in Exton, PA. The 305,422 square foot Shopping Center is anchored by Giant Food, Sports Authority, Staples, Toys R Us, Ross Dress for Less, and Panera Bread. R.J. Waters & Associates’ Kevin Lahn and Michele Henriques represented the landlord in the transaction.
