- We have executed major leases with such tenants as Giant Food, Super Fresh, Super Wal-Mart, Acme, Kohl's, T.J. Maxx, Toys R' Us, K-Mart, Staples, Famous Footwear, Marshall's, Ross Dress for Less, CVS, Rite Aid, Eckerd, Starbucks, Wendy's, McDonalds, TGI Friday's, Bennigan's, and many others to anchor our neighborhood, power, and community shopping centers.
